Balenciaga by Demna: the free fashion exhibition at Kering Group headquarters

Following anexhibition at the Maison Jean Paul Gaultier, it's Balenciaga 's turn to showcase its collections in the same quarters as those of the Kering Group. From June 26 to July 9, 2025, head for the former Hôpital Laennec in the 7th arrondissement to discover"Balenciaga par Demna", a free retrospective open to all, celebrating ten years of fashion as subversive as it is sculptural.

Flashback. In 2015, Demna took over the reins at Balenciaga. At the time, her appointment raised a few eyebrows in the corridors of luxury. But very quickly, her XXL cuts, disproportionate volumes and raw vision of the contemporary wardrobe imposed a new language. A shock style, between street dystopia and tailoring couture. All proudly worn by a tribe recognizable by the first oversized hoodie.

In March 2025, the announcement came... Demna leaves Balenciaga for Gucci. But before she takes her leave, the fashion house dedicates a fashion exhibition to her, conceived as a bridge between past and future. Inspired by the spring-summer 2026 "Exactitudes" collection, it condenses the very essence of Demna' s style: manifest silhouettes, sharp cuts, audacity at every seam.
